- A If your qualifications and skill set meet the requirements of the job for which you’re applying, our recruitment experts will reach out to you within 5-7 business days.
- Q Does Lenape hire Permanent Resident / Green Card holders / those who with valid work visas?
- A We hire any individual who is eligible to work in the United States. However some of the positions might have more stringent requirements. The requirements are described in the individual job postings.
- Q Do you hire contract employees on a corp-to-corp basis? Do you hire independent contractors?
- A Lenape hires its employees on both corp-to-corp and independent contractor basis.
- Q What are the payment terms?
- A All employees of Lenape are paid on a monthly basis. Our pay schedule runs from 1st through 30th of every month. You will receive your paycheck or direct deposit on 15th of next month. Consultants on direct clients payroll are paid in accordance with our client’s payroll policies.
- Q I am relocating, can I apply for a job from my new location?
- A Our online job applications require a valid address. You can select your location preference while filling the application. Our job application also gives you the option to indicate your preferences between one or more cities.
